I plan, migrate and configure Google Workspace end to end — mail, calendars, contacts and drive files moved across with DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC done properly, so nothing bounces and nothing lands in spam.
Google Workspace puts business email, meetings, storage and documents behind one login and one admin console — on your own domain, not a free Gmail address.
Professional addresses like you@yourcompany.com with Google’s spam and phishing filtering.
Shared team calendars, room booking and scheduling that works across time zones.
Video meetings for 100 to 500 participants depending on plan, with recording on Standard and above.
Pooled cloud storage from 30 GB to 5 TB per user, with shared drives for whole teams.
Real-time collaborative editing with full version history and offline access.
Google’s AI assistant in Gmail and the Gemini app on every Business plan, with enterprise-grade data privacy.
Two-step verification, device management and, on Business Plus, Vault with eDiscovery and retention.
One place to add staff, reset passwords, set policies and control who can access what.
Whether you are starting fresh, moving from another provider, or escaping a cPanel mail server that keeps landing in spam.
A clean, correct build from day one — domain verified, users created, security switched on.
Move from Microsoft 365, Zoho, Rackspace or any IMAP host with your full mail history intact.
My speciality. Leave shared-hosting mail behind without breaking your website or losing old email.
Per user, per month, on an annual commitment — below Google’s own list price. Business plans support up to 300 users. Monthly billing is available on request.

Mail keeps flowing to your old server right up to the moment DNS flips, so your team never sits without email.
I list every mailbox, alias, forwarder and autoresponder on your current host, and size the data to be moved.
Workspace tenant created, domain verified, users and groups built to match — before anything is switched over.
Mail history copies across in the background over IMAP while your old mail server keeps running normally.
MX records flip, a final delta sync catches late mail, then SPF, DKIM and DMARC are verified end to end.
I work in cPanel, WHM and WHMCS every day. I know exactly what breaks when mail leaves a shared host — and how to stop it.
Most migrations fail on DNS, not data. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set and tested so your mail reaches inboxes, not spam folders.
Licences from $5.20 per user per month, under Google’s own published rates, with the same features and the same console.
Moving email does not mean moving hosting. Your website carries on exactly where it is, untouched.
Folders, flags, calendars, contacts and shared mailboxes all come across — verified against the source before sign-off.
You deal with me, not a ticket queue. Help through the cutover window and after you are live.
Google Workspace is Google’s paid business suite: Gmail on your own domain plus Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat and an admin console, billed per user per month. It is the business version of the Google apps you already know, with your company domain, central administration and security controls instead of a personal @gmail.com address.
Google’s published annual-commitment rates are $7 per user per month for Business Starter, $14 for Business Standard and $22 for Business Plus. Through me the same licences are $5.20, $12 and $19 respectively. Business plans cover up to 300 users; larger organisations move to Enterprise, which is quoted individually.
Yes. Every mailbox is copied over IMAP, which brings across your full history along with the folder structure, read and unread states and flags. The sync runs while your cPanel mail server is still live, so nothing is lost and nobody is cut off. The MX records only change once the data is already in place.
No. Email and web hosting are separate records in DNS. A mail migration only changes the MX records and a handful of mail-related TXT records, so your website stays on its current host and keeps serving normally throughout.
Setup and provisioning usually takes a day. The mail sync itself depends on how much data there is — a few hours for a small team, longer for mailboxes measured in tens of gigabytes. Because the sync runs in the background before cutover, the length of it does not translate into downtime for you.
Business Starter suits small teams who mainly need professional email and 30 GB each. Business Standard is the common choice: 2 TB per user, 150-person meetings with recording, and Gemini in Docs and Meet. Business Plus adds 5 TB, Vault with eDiscovery and advanced endpoint management, which matters if you have retention or compliance obligations.
Google offers a 14-day free trial of Workspace so you can test it with a small number of users before committing. I can set the trial up for you and, if you decide to continue, carry the same configuration straight through to a paid subscription.
Yes — I work with businesses across Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Rawalpindi, as well as clients internationally. Everything is handled remotely, and support runs in your own time zone rather than through an overseas queue.
They are rebuilt in Workspace. cPanel forwarders become Workspace aliases or groups, and autoresponders are recreated as vacation responders or group settings. I audit all of them before the move so nothing silently stops working after cutover.
Tell me how many mailboxes you have and where they live now, and I will come back with a fixed quote and a migration window.
